We offer FREE shipping on every order only within India. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.
For our Indian customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free.
Packing
Every jewellery package from us arrives at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof packing. Whether it is a jewellery, solitaire, your item is delivered to you in an exclusive Dazzling Jewels box along with the relevant certificates.
Exchange
If the customer wishes to exchange any jewellery that is purchased from www.dazzlingjewels.in they can do so, by returning the same to www.dazzlingjewels.in registered address.
- 10% of invoice amount is exchangeable if the payment has been done within 3 months on the order confirmation.
- During Exchange of the products with Dazzling Jewels if the product is found altered (Diamond Change, Used Product, etc..) they won’t be applicable for exchange policy.
- During Exchange of products the shipping cost will be bored by the client and any loss, damage & alteration during the shipping process Dazzling Jewels will not hold any responsibility for the same.
Buy Back
- Product shall be considered for Buy Back after deducting full Labour and 10% of Diamond Value.
- The Buy Back amount will be in the form of credit note which will be applicable in the next purchase.
- During Buy Back of the products with Dazzling Jewels if the product is found altered (Diamond Change, Used Product, etc..) they won’t be applicable for Buy Back policy.
- During Buy Back of products the shipping cost will be bored by the client and any loss, damage & alteration during the shipping process Dazzling Jewels will not hold any responsibility for the same.
